Self Love- Regards for ones own being and happiness

Self Love- Regards for ones own being and happines

For one to be completely at peace with themselves i genuinely think it starts with taking a step to loving yourself.

I think self love is very essential once you master that everything else falls into place. It makes all the sense in the world it answers those unanswered questions that you have about your existence.
To me Self Love is a deep appreciation of one self. When i promote self love to women i identify with and understanding the struggles of overcoming body shaming I always make sure women understand that they 1st need to have a deep appreciation of who they are.
This means accepting every different part of yourself, your little peculiarities, the uncomfortable, the things you may not be good at and all the wonderful qualities too. The sad thing though about this is most people will not love themselves until they loose the weight, find a partner who will love them in order for them to love themselves or whatever the case may be people always put conditions to their love all I'm trying to point out here is you can love yourself as you are right now regardless.
Loving yourself is something that you can choose the same way you can choose to hate yourself based on societies obsession of making you believe how a perfect person should look like, You can choose to be grateful for what you are, you can choose to love yourself its always a choice within us.
You are not made up of those words that hurt you and make you feel less of a person that you are or that number on that scale or the expectations that you feel you will never meet you are made up of nothing more than you. You are a lovely and complex human being no one is you and that alone is power. You need to stat looking past that mirror tap into that soul only then you will see yourself as you truly are.

Size doesn't define a person and it certainly doesn't define beauty don't let society get to you.Your esteem should never be based on someone's opinion. Love Yourself!

This is for every woman who hates their stomach

Have you ever heard of the VBO (Visible belly outline) you know, the shape that a nice rounded belly makes in clothes? Yes, I said NICE rounded belly

Plus-size women are always told what to wear to hide their VBO. We are always been given rules that urge us to hide our "flaws." The supposed flaw that seems to be universally accepted as needing to be hidden is a tummy. Considering all of the shape wear designed to make our midsections as tiny as possible, "control top" pantyhose, and clothing that flare below the ribs, marketed toward plus women, the message that round stomachs are not cute comes through loud and clear. This was also a trap I fell into I hid myself under baggy jeans, long sleeves and old over sized dresses for so long but not anymore. Never again!!! I decided I couldn't let myself miss out on any opportunities to wear things that I loved. Knowing you look hot and not caring about what others think of the way your stomach looks in clothes is the most flattering thing I can think of.

Here’s the thing about me I'm pretty cool with rocking a swim suit, wearing shorts and tight dresses are a no big thing anymore for me However, a lot of people still get hung up on flaunting that one part of their body that often gets left out of the equation “Round tummy” Look It's cool to show off big boobs, round butts, and curvy hips — but social medias reaction to anything less than a flat stomach is enough to make anyone hate their belly or body as a whole. The looks, comments & shaming one receives when wearing anything tight that reveals your VBO are terrible. is it really a bad thing to have a big belly?! Not at all I have fallen in love with my belly, a big belly is just not that big of a deal. It doesn’t define who I am. It’s not so big and horrible that it cancels the rest of me, my body and my soul. It’s a part of me and I love me.

Love yourself and your confidence will outshine any public opinions.
